OUR CHOICE AND PRIME STEAKS ARE WET AGED (AGED IN CRYOVAC PACKAGING) PRIOR TO SHIPMENT TO ENSURE A FLAVORFUL TENDER PRODUCT EVERY TIME. STEAKS THAT ARE WET AGED IN CRYOVAC MAY NOT HAVE THE BRIGHT RED APPEARANCE THAT STORE BOUGHT STEAKS HAVE, BUT THE FLAVOR AND TENDERNESS THAT COMES FROM AGING WILL MAKE YOUR MOUTH WATER WITH EVERY BITE.
