Beef Processing
$0.45 cents a pound on the hanging weight (also known as carcass weight) and $50.00 for the butcher and disposal.
The additional charges not included in that $0.45 cents are Beef Patties made, 4 oz., 6 oz. or 8 oz. at 50 cents a pound.
Beef Cube steaks made at $0.75 cents a pound.
KC Strip and Filets, chuck roast boned, arm roast boned; call for additional charges.
The current market price on the hanging weight for a company beef is subject to the changes in market weekly.
The beef average hanging wt is 350 - 400 pounds, approximately $800.00.
Hog Processing
$0.45 cents a pound on the hanging wt. and $47.00 for butcher & disposal per hog and $0.50 cents a pound on the cured meats.
We also offer 4 different sausages with 10# minimums instead of breakfast sausage at additional charges.
A whole hog processed for your freezer (bought from local farmers that raise outdoor hogs) would cost around $350.00 depending on the size and the cured product.
Currently we butcher Customer hogs on the first Friday of every month, and the beef on every other Friday of the month. We adjust the schedule per USDA holidays and reg holidays.
